Application packets for Fall 2025 Philadelphia Street trees are due May 5th, 2025

Once again, all applicants are strongly encouraged to submit via our Urban Forest Cloud request form
Electronic scans of signed paper/pdf applications will still be accepted in cases where using the Cloud form presents a significant barrier.
All application materials, including group cover sheets, should be saved to a dropbox or google drive folder (or similar service) that can be accessed by our staff, and the link should be sent to [email protected] no later than May 5th.
